 Nathan John Feuerstein (born March 30 1991), known by his initials NF (stylized as IF), is an American rapper, singer musician, songwriter and record producer. He has two EPs called I'm Free (2012)[3]and an EP self-titled with Capitol CMG in 2014. Mansion was his first major label album. It was released March 31st, 2015. The second album of his studio, Therapy Session, which was released on April 22, 2016 and peaked at the top of the list, number 12 of the US Billboard 200. The albums have garnered many awards, including the Gospel Music Association Dove Award Rap/Hip Hop album of the year (Therapy Session). NF gained mainstream recognition with Perception in 2017. The album charted in the United States at number one and was certified platinum. "Let You Fall" reached number twelve. Billboard Hot 100 topped the charts across the globe as well as being a top 10 charting hit. The Search, his sequel to the hit album, was also a commercial hit. Feuerstein stated that rap music was a way to escape his family during his childhood. He would record songs using his karaoke machine. His raps were recorded using one microphone. Feuerstein released Moments his debut studio album, on his own on the 29th of November in 2010. On August 2, 2011, he released his first single "Alone". The song featured songwriter and producer Tommee Profitt and Brooke Griffith. Xist Music was attracted to Feuerstein's work in 2012. He released his first extended piece, I'm Free on May 2nd, 2012. Profitt produced it. The album's tracklist included nine tracks that included "Alone". The EP also featured an exclusive rendition of "Alone", featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist teased that NF was coming out in the near future, however Feuerstein quit the label due to a dispute. NF production was postponed. NF still featured a song featuring Shuree William "Only One", on the label’s compilation album Move Vol 1 He released a single, "Beautiful Addiction", November 4 2013. Profitt made a return to the track with vocals performed by Brady Schmitz (vocals) and Danielle Swift (vocals).
