Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979, is an American actress. She has starred with the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) as well as the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced a variety of characters in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was the child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comic who is now a social worker as well as JoAnn Cook, a weaver and instructor of cooking. She is part-Italian. Cook was first seen for the first time in a public service ad for foster care at seven years old. Her career began as a child model at age 10, and appeared in national advertisements for Target and on Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, as well as Minneapolis South High School.
